  • Current Location: Your device location when you use the station locator, route planning, or on-demand charging features.

Device Permissions

  • Location Access: To show you the nearest Flash charging stations and provide directions to them.
  • Camera Access: To scan the QR code at a charging station so a session can be started.
  • Notification Access: To send you transactional updates about your charging sessions and payments, and promotional push and email notifications where you have opted in.
  • You can grant or withdraw any of these permissions at any time through your device settings. Some features of the Flash app will not function if a required permission is withdrawn.

Purpose of Collection and Use

  • Providing, operating, and improving our charging services and customer support.
  • Processing payments, wallet top-ups, refunds, and issuing invoices.
  • Tailoring content, tariff information, and offers to your preferences.
  • Informing you of updates, promotions, or new products and services.
